Since March, 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic threw us all into uncharted waters, we have adapted and adjusted our ways of providing services to our clients keeping the health and safety of all our team members, all of our clients and all of our colleagues as our top priority, and we continue to do that today.
Over the past few months, we have been slowly opening our offices to clients for appointment only meetings, while adhering to all public health guidelines. With the recent lifting of the mask mandate, we no longer require our staff or clients to wear masks in our facilities. However, we understand that there are some individuals who still feel more comfortable wearing a mask; if you are attending in person and would like masks to be worn for your meeting, we will oblige. Similarly, you may be asked to wear a mask during your meeting, and we ask that you respect those wishes and do so.
We continue to be able to "meet" you by telephone or video conferencing and we encourage you to share documents with us electronically. I would ask you to communicate with your firm contact to determine how the sharing of documentation can be facilitated.
Throughout this unprecedented pandemic we have strived to maintain a "business as usual" approach even though that forced all of us to adopt new ways of providing services and conducting business. As we move through the next phase of this pandemic, we will continue to be here to help you every step of the way in adopting to these new ways.
