Matt McMahon is a lawyer in SV Law’s Guelph Office. Matt is an experienced litigator with extensive trial and advocacy experience who regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal of Ontario. Matt has recently returned to SV Law to spearhead the firm’s Construction Law Group.
Matt has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, professional services providers and insurers on all manner of construction law matters, ranging from small scale residential renovations to large complex multi-million-dollar projects.
When he isn’t practicing law Matt can be found chasing after his three young kids and spending time with his wife and dogs
