COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)
SV Law COVID-19 Response
The current coronovirus (COVID-19) pandemic has thrown us all into uncharted waters. For however long this lasts and for however long we are in those uncharted waters, the health and safety of all our team members, all of our clients and all of our colleagues will remain our top priority.
Recognizing that we all have a responsibility to "flatten the curve" we have made the decision to close both of our offices to the public for the foreseeable future. Many of our team members are currently working remotely and we have made significant technological investments to ensure that we can continue to provide you, our community, with excellent and seamless service.
Even though our physical offices are closed, we continue to be able to provide you with the highest level of client service possible. In that regard we continue to be able to "meet" you by telephone or video conferencing and we encourage you to share documents with us electronically. I would ask you to communicate with your firm contact to determine how the sharing of documentation can be facilitated.
Will & Power of Attorney clients
Even though our offices are closed to the public, we recognize that some of our clients may be concerned about ensuring that their affairs are in order and in that regard, we will permit clients who need to execute Wills and Powers of Attorney to attend our offices upon passing a screening test for the strictly limited purpose of executing their Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Even though we will strive to maintain a "business as usual" approach, COVID-19 is forcing all of us to adopt new ways of providing services and conducting business and we will be there to help you every step of the way in adopting to these new ways.
Sincerely,
Mark Muir Rodenburg, Managing Partner
