Katy earned an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, graduating with distinction, where she double majored in Nutrition and Biology. Her undergraduate research has been presented at international conferences and published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition and Nutrients.
At Western Law, she furthered her commitment to access to justice as a caseworker with Community Legal Services, where she advocated for low-income individuals in civil/LTB, criminal, and family law matters. Outside of law, Katy enjoys pottery and archery. When winter arrives, you’ll often find her on the slopes skiing!
