Nate Martin’s practice includes Business Law, Real Estate Law and Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning. Nate joined SV Law (then SmithValeriote Law Firm LLP) as an articling student after receiving his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. He has continued to build his practice at the firm since his call to the Bar. Nate, his partner and two small children are proud to call Fergus home.

Danielle Marks is the co-chair of SV Law’s civil litigation practice group. She has extensive experience managing complex civil litigation matters, including corporate-commercial, insurance, and construction disputes. Danielle received her J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and practiced as a litigation lawyer in Toronto for a number of years before joining the team at SV Law in 2014. Danielle’s expertise and commitment are assets to the firm and the community, and we look forward to her continued successes.
